In the spring of 2016, Will Hoppes left his desk job to pursue a career in winemaking - something he once vowed never to do after enduring a sweltering summer on the bottling line as a teenager. Over time, however, his interest in wine and the opportunity to work alongside his father, Charlie Hoppes, proved too compelling to resist. The timing was ideal: Fidélitas was preparing for its 20th vintage, and Will returned to Red Mountain to begin his apprenticeship. Today, he loks ahead with excitement to the future of Fidélitas and the continued evolution of Red Mountain over the next two decades and beyond.
